is the Managing Director of Brass & Bone. She is an alumna of The American University in Cairo and a Harvard MSc candidate. She spent several years at Emaar Properties, working on large-scale developments and gaining deep experience in real estate and urban development. At Brass & Bone, she translates this background into a refined, tactile approach where material, form, and intent come together to shape considered spatial experiences.

Mariam Malaty
Creative Director
is the Creative Director of Brass & Bone. She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s degree from Carleton University. Her experience includes working with internationally renowned firms such as Herzog & de Meuron, where she developed a strong foundation in spatial design and concept-driven architecture. At Brass & Bone, she brings this perspective into a practice rooted in storytelling, materiality, and spatial expression.
